Mr. Spencer is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida and has been serving clients in the accounting and tax space since 2014. In 2016, he first learned of digital assets, and this began his consistent service to the digital asset and emerging technology community. In addition to his degrees in accounting and finance, Mr. Spencer has numerous certifications from organization like Harvard, IBM and the Global Blockchain Business Council. This is what secures him in the overlap of Finance, Technology, and accounting in business. He has spoken and been published in periodicals like the Florida Bankers Association and many more.  

After more than a decade in public accounting and serving companies all over the world. Mr. Spencer is here to serve his clients with his unique brand of advisory. He has served the emerging technology industry since 2016 and has traveled all over the world teaching and practicing in the overlap of business and technology. He also has deep experience in healthcare, international taxation, and the payments industry.
